Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is hiring a Director of Data Driven Leadership, Middle Schools to elevate student achievement through data-driven instruction, robust progress monitoring, and strong curriculum systems across multiple campuses.

You will partner with regional and school leaders to translate data insights into instructional actions, set annual goals, and monitor progress toward STAAR readiness and high school preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate data insights into instructional actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven leadership and coaching across middle schools.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and drive improvement.
• Support leaders in presenting data to teachers, families, and staff.
• Ensure data conversations lead to instructional adjustments and improvements.
• Set annual goals and success metrics aligned to state systems.
• Collaborate with schools to translate goals into actions.
• Create data visualizations and reports to monitor progress.
• Monitor leading indicators and ensure accountability for outcomes.
