• Job Description: The Kirkwood School District is hiring Classroom Assistants to support our Middle Schools during the 2024/2025 school year. Responsibilities include supporting instruction, working with students, classroom supervision, and clerical work.

Requirements

• Two years of college (at least 60 college credit hours) or associate degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• OR Bachelor's degree in education, special education, or a related field.
• College coursework related to early childhood, education, or special education (preferred)
• CPR certification and first aid training (preferred)

Salary starts at $18.52 per hour, dependent on experience.

Most positions are part-time, 10-month assignments.
