Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Physics and Chemistry Teacher to join our dynamic team for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity and inspires young minds. Knowledge of neurodiversity and differentiation is preferred. In this role, you will work closely with students to build their scientific understanding while promoting critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. In addition to classroom teaching, other duties include serving as an advisor, proctoring study hall, organizing a weekly club/elective, coaching/leading cocurricular activities, and lead overnight camping trips.

Job Opening: August 2025

Salary range: $45,000 - $70,000

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done

A bachelor’s degree in science, English, and math education or a related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred

3+ years teaching experience required

Demonstrated classroom management skills

An attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility

Ability to include technology elements into all aspects of instruction

Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
