Qualifications

• Previous cheerleading experience required.
• Previous sports coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cheerleading fundamentals, game-day leadership, and basic stunt progressions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise practices and games safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middle School practices focusing on fundamentals (motions, jumps, sideline cheers).
• Coordinate and lead game-day responsibilities for MS cheerleaders and basketball games.
• Serve as primary coach for Middle School Girls and Boys Basketball home games.
• Maintain communication with athletes and families regarding schedules and expectations.
• Ensure safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
• Support the MS program and align with the HS cheer activities as directed.
