Qualifications

• Ability to work with athletic director, head coach, administration, parents, and community to support SHS and CMS Soccer.
• Motivate and connect with student athletes across grades 6-12.
• Able to provide constructive feedback and maintain strong program values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Stevens High School and Claremont Middle School Soccer programs.
• Communicate program information to parents and the community.
• Ensure safety and health of student athletes in coordination with athletic staff.
• Support all coaches to serve the needs of student athletes across grades 6-12.
