Job summary

School Administrative Unit 6 seeks a Head Middle School Football Coach for Claremont Middle School to coordinate the football programs across Stevens High School and CMS, fostering a culture built on teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

The successful candidate will collaborate with athletic leadership, other coaches, and the community while ensuring player safety and development of both skills and character across grades 6-12.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with athletic director, head coach, administration, staff, parents and community.
• Motivate and connect with student athletes.
• Be an integral member of a K-12 program (grades 6-12).
• Collaborate with other coaches to support all student/athletes.
• Ensure safety with Athletic Trainer and conditioning staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Stevens High School and Claremont Middle School football program.
• Develop a high-quality program founded on principles, values, and work ethic.
• Communicate information about the football program to parents and the community.
