Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct organized, age-appropriate practices.
• Teach basketball fundamentals, strategies, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
• Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team activities.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, school administration, and the athletic department.
• Promote Oxbow's expectations for academics, behavior, and sportsmanship.
• Follow all school, district, and athletic department policies and procedures.
• Attend all scheduled practices and games.
