Job summary

The Park School in Brookline, MA seeks Middle School Basketball Coaches for the 2026-2027 season (Nov 30–Feb 2027). This is a part-time, stipend position with responsibilities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one Saturday (6th Grade).

Practice and home day responsibilities begin at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games. Candidates should have coaching experience with youth, teaching experience preferred, and a passion for mentoring middle school students in a supportive, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about working with middle school students.
• Patient, encouraging, and committed to fostering confidence and love of learning through sport.
• Strong communicator and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues.
• Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Lead basketball practices and games for middle school teams.
• Coordinate Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and one Saturday game.
• Practice times begin at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games (6th grade).
