Job summary

Champaign Unit 4 Schools is seeking a Middle School Athletic Director/Dean of Students to provide leadership for athletic and extracurricular programs. The role requires oversight of facilities, budgeting, and adherence to district and board policies, with collaboration among coaches, staff, and booster clubs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with high school athletics, ensuring student eligibility, and promoting academic achievement alongside activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading athletic/extracurricular programs and managing budgets.
• Ability to interpret and enforce board policies and district guidelines.
• Proven ability to coordinate with schools, boosters, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversees athletic/extracurricular offerings and facilities.
• Develops budgets and monitors financial reports for programs.
• Liaises with booster clubs and coordinates transportation for events.
• Supervises staff and ensures adherence to district policies.
