Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a public-school athletic program.
• Proven ability to coordinate high-level practice sessions.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional leadership and coaching for student-athletes during all competitions.
• Prior experience in preparing athletes for interscholastic competitions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in the organization of the overall program.
• Assist in the supervision of student- athletes during daily practices and at games.
• Prepares players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules.
• Assists in the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all team equipment.
