Job summary

SBJC on Lodi Campus seeks an 8th Grade Advisor to ensure 8th grade students participate in activities up to graduation. The advisor coordinates scheduling, forms, trips, pictures, and permission slips and stays after school to chaperone events.

The role requires timely communication with SBJC administration to secure board approvals for events and scheduling.

8 th Grade Advisor

The 8th grade advisor (1) will be responsible for ensuring the SBJC 8 th grade students are included in all of the activities and events leading up to and including graduation. The advisor will be responsible for meeting with fellow staff to ensure that all scheduling, forms, trips, pictures and permission slips are collected for all students ensuring participation in events, graduation, and staying afterschool to chaperone 8 th grade events. The advisor will be responsible for informing SBJC administration of events in a timely manner so proper board approval can be met.
