Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor student academic progress, attendance, and behavior data to identify at-risk students.
• Provide targeted interventions and support plans to promote student success and readiness for promotion.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families; communicate progress and concerns regularly.
• Coordinate MTSS/RTI processes and support academic programming and scheduling.
• Support school culture initiatives and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies.
