Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex operational, client, and trade issues across stakeholders.
• Maintain client data accuracy across trading platforms and accounts.
• Deliver proactive client service with timely follow-up and research.
• Escalate issues as needed and coordinate with Operations and custodians.
• Review and approve client reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily transaction processing within defined controls and SLAs.
• Identify risks and efficiency opportunities to improve workflows.
• Apply AI and automation concepts to enhance data analysis and processes.
• Support department initiatives and strategic projects.
