Essential Functions:

1. Provide administrative and operational support in loan areas such as processing, closing, presentations, servicing, documentation, notes, disbursements, etc.
2. Draft loan presentations and clear all identified loan exceptions.
3. Maintain files, documents, notes, etc.
4. Review and verify completeness of files with all necessary documents and signatures.
5. Research and resolve lending inquiries and issues.
6. Prepare and track disbursements, loan documents, reports, and obtain credit/financial information.
7. Produce reports as required.
8. Answer client questions and follow up accordingly.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent; previous banking, loan processing, documentation, or related experience required. A combination of education and experience may suffice.
2. Basic knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, documentation, and systems.
3. Knowledge of banking processes and procedures is helpful.
4. Strong organizational and customer service skills.
5. Accurate with good numeric, verbal, research, audit, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in computer programs such as word processing and spreadsheets.

Additional Details:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week), 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding banking holidays.
