The Client Servicing team within the Agency & Administration (A&S) group of Global Finance Operations (GFO) represents a dynamic, high-growth area of focus at Natixis. Professionals in the A&S group play an integral, career-defining role, serving as the direct operational and administrative link among Originators, Syndicators, and Relationship Managers. In this highly visible, client-facing position, team members are expected to master and execute complex client management processes, proactively solve daily servicing challenges, and drive successful resolutions with escalation to management only when necessary.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Middle Office & Agency Officer to join our elite Agency & Administration team. In this role, you will serve as the principal administrative and operational interface among borrowers, sponsors, and syndicate lenders across a diverse, sophisticated portfolio of structured debt products. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing agented fund finance facilities, including capital call/subscription lines and warehouse facilities, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and complex Infrastructure & Project Finance transactions. The salary range for this position will be between $130,000 - 155,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
