Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Middle MuleSoft Developer to contribute to the technical implementation of the Material Master Data project, building integration flows on the Anypoint Platform and aligning interfaces with multiple teams.

You will design DataWeave transformations, apply error handling and support production releases, while engaging with stakeholders and ensuring code quality through MUnit tests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in integration development with hands-on MuleSoft (Mule 4) on production projects.
• Knowledge of Anypoint Platform including Studio, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• Skills in DataWeave and API design (REST, RAML/OAS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Mule applications and with MUnit.
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders on the customer side.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical design and implementation of the MMD integration flows on Anypoint Platform, following API-led connectivity and MuleSoft best practices.
• Contribute to the definition and alignment of interface contracts (RAML/OAS) with the other integration and application teams involved.
• Develop DataWeave transformations and apply error handling, retry and logging strategies.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing (MUnit) and adherence to team standards.
• Assist with test support and bug fixing during UAT, and help prepare and support production releases.
• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders, clarify requirements and escalate risks to the Delivery Manager and Tech Lead when needed.
• Contribute to technical documentation (design, interface specifications, run and support notes) to support a smooth handover to L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical design and implementation of the MMD integration flows on Anypoint Platform, following API-led connectivity and MuleSoft best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years in integration development, with hands‑on MuleSoft (Mule 4) experience on real production projects
• Knowledge of Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange, CloudHub or Runtime Fabric)
• Skills in DataWeave and API design experience (REST, RAML/OAS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Mule applications and with MUnit
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders on the customer side
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment
• English B2 or higher

Nice to have Background in master data or ERP integrations MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) Previous experience in 3rd line support / application maintenance contexts
