Our client is a leading game development company known for creating captivating and immersive gaming experiences. They specialize in developing multiplayer mobile games in the FPS shooter genre using Unity, focusing on both mobile and console gaming.

Responsibilities

1. Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated videos for marketing campaigns and in-game events;
2. Conceptualize and create compelling, performance-optimized ad creatives for social media platforms;
3. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new video concepts and styles;
4. Edit videos, apply visual effects, and integrate audio to create immersive experiences;
5. Test, optimize, and refine creatives based on analytics and feedback;
6. Stay updated with trends in motion design, mobile gaming, and marketing to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio;
2. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop;
3. Strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual dynamics;
4. Experience with AI tools for design and animation;
5. Understanding of performance marketing and mobile advertising creatives;
6. Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines;
7. Familiarity with platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat);
8. Creativity, attention to detail, responsibility;
9. Teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Bonus points for skills in 3D graphics, experience with AE plugins, and English proficiency.
