Current teaching base salary begins at $48,699 and reaches $76,527 depending on experiences, qualifications, and impact on learning. Additional opportunities for extra compensation is available based on interests and Academy needs.
FCCA offers a comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance package. A cash option is offered for those staff members that qualify for insurance coverage and do not need in the form of a monthly payment.
