I'm Vova, CTO in Paralect, and I'm looking for a Middle Flutter Developer with 2 years of commercial experience to join our team. I like engineers with can-do attitude who know more than me and openly share their knowledge.

The minimum required level of English for this position is B1.

You have the opportunity to sign a B2B contract in the following locations: Belarus and Georgia.

We started using Flutter in production in 2022. The history isn't long — but it's promising.

We've already launched several production-ready projects using Flutter and see a lot of potential in the ecosystem.

We're confident that Flutter has a strong future across platforms, and we’re committed to growing our in-house expertise.

We're looking for someone with solid experience in Flutter and a deep understanding of the Dart language.

You should be confident in building complex app architectures and comfortable with the ins and outs of the Flutter framework.

API Integration

Connecting a mobile frontend with RESTful APIs shouldn’t be new for you. Connecting a mobile frontend with backend services should come naturally. Experience with Firebase or Supabase (e.g., Firestore, Authentication) is a big plus.

We expect you to understand how to keep data flow secure and reliable across app layers.

Teamwork & Communication

Strong Knowledge

You should be able to clearly communicate your ideas, justify architectural decisions, and give or receive feedback.

Team collaboration is a big part of our culture - being engaged, helpful, and supportive is key.

We value experience in native iOS and Android development: Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java.

You should understand platform differences and be able to adapt UX/UI accordingly.

Knowing how to implement Material Design and follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines will put you ahead.

Version Control & CI/CD

Basic Knowledge

Git should be part of your daily workflow. You know how to branch, merge, and manage pull requests with ease.
