We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team! This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking tours, signing up new members, and assisting the Club Manager with cash drawer management.
  3. Update members’ accounts as needed.
  4. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club, including completing daily tasks, cleaning, and special projects.
  6. Perform other duties as needed based on club requirements.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and passion for fitness and health.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, empathize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate behavior in all interactions.
Physical Demands
  • Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
  • Talk in person and on the phone regularly.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Handle exposure to chemicals occasionally.
