Actikare Responsive In Home Care in Seattle is hiring midday caregivers for 4-hour shifts. We welcome CNAs, HCAs, or experienced caregivers with seniors, must be a licensed and insured driver.

Join our award-winning team to provide companionship, mobility assistance, personal care, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. Candidates must pass background checks, have U.S. work authorization, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or in training
• Reliable transportation

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
• Criminal background and fingerprint checks required
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Compassionate bedside manner and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supportive presence to clients
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility in and around the home
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Prepare clients for appointments and activities
• Report incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour forHCA and CNA caregivers

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
