Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the Danbury, CT service center, is hiring General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube). This is a full-time role with paid training and no prior experience required. You’ll learn tire services, rotations, balancing, and general maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

They offer a guaranteed base pay plus substantial weekly bonus potential, a 5‑day workweek, and benefits. Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience in automotive service is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
