Job summary

Midas General Service Technicians are welcome to join our Fairfield, CT center as the backbone of our service and tire operation. We offer paid training, a guaranteed base hourly rate, and significant weekly bonus potential on top of pay as you help customers with tires, wheels, and general service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality service, teamwork, and dependable scheduling. We provide benefits, growth avenues, and support for ASE certification.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
