Job summary

Midas General Service Technician in Dayton, OH is seeking motivated individuals for full-time roles in our tire, oil, and lube service center. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, paid training provided, and you’ll learn tire services, rotations, balancing, and basic maintenance.

You'll earn a guaranteed base hourly rate with weekly bonus opportunities and be part of a team that values dependability and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement and ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, and flat repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
