Job summary

Midas General Service Technicians in Dayton, OH are invited to join the world’s largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family. You will be paid a guaranteed base hourly rate with substantial weekly bonus potential, and you’ll train on the job to build skills in tire installation, rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.

This position offers a 5-day work week with Sundays off, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for ASE certifications and internal advancement as you grow with

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
