Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join our service center in Youngstown, OH. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing and servicing vehicles, including brakes, suspensions, and tire care, with growth opportunities and a path toward ASE certification.

We offer a 5-day work week, guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonuses, a 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life coverage, PTO, and tool/uniform support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/ filter changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.

What You'll Do

• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
