Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Pittsburgh, PA, is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will lead undercar repairs, inspect and diagnose vehicles, and ensure high-quality maintenance and safety standards.

We offer competitive weekly pay with performance bonuses up to $150K annually, plus 401(k) with match, comprehensive health coverage, PTO, ASE support, and uniform/tool programs.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork and commitment to quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services (brakes, suspension, routine maintenance).
• Complete state inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.
