Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician for our WExford, PA center. The role focuses on leading undercar repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance in a high-volume shop environment.

We require at least 2 years of automotive repair experience and a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is a major bonus. Expect a full-time, on-site schedule with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a leading Midas/Mavis platform.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mmandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What You'll Do

As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to:

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
