Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Hilliard, OH, is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service and tire center. This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities and excellent benefits.

You will inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs, including brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a major plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive maintenance and repair services (brakes, struts, shocks, routine maintenance).
• Complete state-mandated inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts as needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
