Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Dayton, OH is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center.

You will lead undercar repairs, inspect and diagnose, service brakes, shocks, tires, and perform oil changes while ensuring quality and safety.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential up to $150K annually, full benefits, 5-day work week, 401(k) with employer match, ASE support and growth from within.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What You'll Do
