Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Washington, PA, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to lead undercar and brake repairs, diagnose and service vehicles, and support a fast-paced shop.

The role offers competitive weekly pay with a potential to earn up to $150K annually, a 5-day work week, 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, ASE certification support, and tools/uniform assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or relevant training.
• Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspension, and related systems.
• Perform state inspections and routine oil/filtration services.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.

What You'll Do

As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.


• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.


• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.


• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.


• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.


• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.


• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
