Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join a high-energy service team. This full-time role focuses on undercar repairs, diagnostics, and tire work in a state-of-the-art shop within the Mavis Tire family.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
