Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Alpharetta, GA, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service center. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose issues, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential up to $150K annually, a 5‑day work week, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspension, and related components.
• Mount, balance, rotate tires and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filter changes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficient service standards.

What you’ll do

As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state‑mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
