Job Title: Midweight Designer

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Type: $85,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.

Location: New York, USA

Work Location: Hybrid, 3-days in studio.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategic leads to develop compelling, culturally relevant creative concepts.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of projects, bringing insight and inspiration from both within and beyond the category.
• Think holistically about creative solutions, considering not just visual outcomes but the broader impact and narrative.
• Deliver intelligent, thought-provoking, and innovative design work that reflects a strong conceptual and creative point of view.
