Job summary

ITA International is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to support U.S. Army mission applications and business solutions in a hybrid role at Fort Eustis, VA.

You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with analysts, and guide designs from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups using Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. You will contribute to design systems, accessibility, and usability testing while coordinating with government stakeholders and developers in an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, GD, IT, CS, or a related field.
• 4+ years in UI/UX or product/design.
• Experience designing enterprise applications.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mission and business applications.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand user needs and workflows.
• Conduct usability testing and summarize feedback for stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop accessible, responsive interfaces for Power Platform applications.
• Produce design specifications and reusable UI components.
