We’re looking for a Mid- to Senior-Level IT Specialist who can bring real-world IT experience, mentor junior techs, and confidently manage client environments.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, configure, and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 workstations.
• Design and implement network and cybersecurity solutions (VLANs, VPNs, firewall setups).
• Support dental office equipment (USB devices, sensors, intraoral cameras, printers).
• Administer and troubleshoot FusionPBX-based VoIP systems (basic Linux CLI familiarity required).
• Document systems, configurations, and workflows.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide direct customer-facing support.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years professional IT experience (MSP, Dental, or Healthcare IT strongly preferred).
• Expertise in Windows Server environments and core networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong documentation skills and excellent customer communication.
• FusionPBX/FreeSWITCH VoIP experience (preferred but not required).
