Job description

Our client, a litigation services boutique, is seeking to add a mid-to-senior commercial bankruptcy associate to support their rapidly growing Delaware office. A Big Law spin-off, the firm boasts cases on par in sophistication with Big Law, but in a much more casual and congenial environment. Qualified candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 11) and must be familiar with the bankruptcy process and courts. This role will start primarily as remote. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing litigation boutique and step up your responsibility, client contact and courtroom time on leanly-staffed, complex matters.
