Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks experienced intelligence professionals for on-site roles in Aberdeen, MD. The positions involve illuminating risk in production supply chains for military systems and producing research on specific programs using both classified and unclassified sources.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in all-source intelligence, with strong analytical writing and briefing skills. Requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant all-source intelligence experience, including support to acquisition or R&D programs.
• Experience analyzing military systems and capabilities.
• Excellent analytical writing and oral briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Use open-source intelligence methods to illuminate risk in production supply chains of military systems.
• Produce research on specific military programs using classified and unclassified sources.
• Produce research on specific military research efforts using classified and unclassified sources.
• Perform all-source analysis of adversary capabilities to inform system development, TTPs, and CONOPS.
• Fuse HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, and GEOINT data to develop actionable intelligence and threat assessments.
• Deliver timely, detailed intelligence reports and briefings to government stakeholders, including acquisition and engineering teams.
• Assess operational environments and adversary use of systems in support of test events, red teaming, and modeling/simulation.
• Support SAP programs with high-level situational awareness and threat validation across multiple warfighting domains.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and warfighters to support Joint and Army interoperability efforts.

This position is located on-site in Aberdeen, MD but may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Education Required for this Role:

• Bachelors degree in Intelligence, Political Science, National Security or related field.
• Experience in formal intelligence production.

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI (ability to obtain SAP access)

Salary is commensurate with education, experience and background. The approximate salary range for this position is $104-157k and it includes multiple levels based on candidate experience. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
