We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for all new, full time employees ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months)

We are looking for a mid-step Apprentice to work with our distribution voltage projects located in Wisconsin and Iowa. Our primary customer base is rural electric cooperatives and municipal utilities.

With our diversified construction crews we have the ability to complete a variety of work including underground utilities, aerial, buried cable, fiber optic, directional boring, and fiber and copper splicer. Based in New Richmond, Wisconsin, Tjader and Highstrom has crews working throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and other neighboring Midwest States.
