Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mid/Senior .NET Developer to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Contract to Hire opportunity in Newark, DE offers the chance to build and enhance enterprise applications while working with modern cloud technologies and scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high performing applications that support evolving organizational needs. Success in this role requires a strong background in full stack development, cloud platforms, and application architecture.

Compensation:

$60 to $70 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Strong background building and integrating REST based services and working within distributed or microservices driven environments.
• Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or comparable relational database platforms, including query development and optimization.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles, secure development practices, source control and deployment tools, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
