Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Mid-level Special Security Technician to support a Federal Government client. The role entails managing SCI/SCIF operations, safeguarding classified materials, and certifying visitor clearances.

You will maintain DISS records and lead security training, with a focus on compliance and incident response. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly potential is required; position based at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of physical and information security.
• Experience implementing security programs for sensitive materials.
• Ability to manage SCIF operations and visitor clearances.
• Experience in security education and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCI security program including SCIFs and visitor clearances.
• Manage and safeguard SCI materials and ensure destruction by approved methods.
• Maintain DISS records and ensure personnel data accuracy.
• Conduct security checks, monitor access control, and respond to incidents.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain accreditation documentation.
