Job summary

PFP Logistics in Wilmington, NC is hiring Warehouse Associates/Material Handlers to join our team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm or until work is completed.

Production pay ranges from $15–$20 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities include lifting, stacking and organizing products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, following cold storage procedures, and ensuring safe receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm or until work is completed)
• Production Pay: paid per task completed
  • Average Hourly Rate: $15-$20
  • Weekly Pay!

Job Responsibilities

• Lifting, stacking, and organizing product
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Follow all cold storage handling procedures and company policies
• Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Comfortable working in a cold storage warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects
• Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
• Required: Background Check/Drug Screen
