Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate for a full-time mid shift (10:00 am - 6:30 pm or until completion).

You will receive and transport products, pick and assemble orders, and prepare goods for shipment while ensuring accurate receipt and handling in a fast-paced redistribution setting. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, using RF scanners, and maintaining shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• 1 year forklift experience and safety compliance.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. frequently.
• Exposure to heat/cold; noise and dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25'–30').

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up, sit-down and order picker.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow all safety protocols including PPE and safety checks on powered equipment.
