RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is hiring an Order Selector for the second shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm or until completion) in Lebanon, TN. You will pick, assemble, and prepare goods for shipment while ensuring accuracy and safe handling in our warehouse environment.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. RF scanners help track inventory as you move products to appropriate locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year forklift experience with safety protocols.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up, order picker) as needed.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement.
• Receive, pick, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Stack, palletize, and store products safely.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
