Job summary

CQ Medical is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle shipping, receiving, labeling, packing, and general warehouse duties at our facility in Northern Kentucky. The role supports inventory control and uses MAPICS software for transfers.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or 1 year in a related setting, basic math skills, and the ability to read safety and operating procedures. The position requires physical endurance and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, mail room, office assistant, or other similar role.
• Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers.
• Efficiently package and label orders for shipping.
• Manage inventory effectively and accurately.
• Prioritize workload with a sense of urgency based on facility needs.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Verify incoming shipments against bill of lading and packing lists with some supervision.
• Receive and transfer products through internal MAPICS software system.
• Generate product or procedure labels as needed.
• Support internal customers through staging of material.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
• Perform cycle counts with limited direction.
