Job summary

Employee Magnets in Grapevine, TX is looking for a QC Technician to verify products meet requirements before shipping. This full-time role supports 1st or 2nd shift (or weekends) and requires a high school diploma with basic Excel skills.

The successful candidate will inspect products, check labels and revisions, document results, and help maintain 5S and KPI reporting in a warehouse environment. Experience in QC/inspection is a plus, and attention to detail is essential to ensure quality before

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
Requires basic Excel computer skills.
QC/Inspection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection and report any abnormal issue.
Check product information is correct.
Make sure the product meets the system requirement before shipping out: label, revision, information tracking under system.
Package product as requirement.
Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.
Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.
Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.
Follow 5S standard.
Utilize the company's time to be efficient and productive. This includes punctuality from breaks and personal matters.
When required, work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input.
