KLN Family Brands seeks a Mid Shift Assistant Production Supervisor B1 to lead a production shift in Perham, MN. The role ensures quality standards, oversees line performance, trains staff, and coordinates maintenance and shift handoffs. Hours are 2:40pm–11:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Base pay is $23.01/hr with a $1.22/hr sign-on and a $1.38/hr mid-shift differential, totaling $25.61/hr. Eligible for profit sharing and multiple benefits including PTO and holidays.

Qualificações

• Self-motivation and proactive mindset are essential.
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities to solve on-shift issues.
• Clear communication and people skills for team guidance.
• Ability to drive forklift and pass certification exam.
• Basic computer skills for basic data entry and records.
• Occasionally lifting up to 80 lbs as part of production tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to production staff to drive continuous improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to deploy standard works for all associates.
• Ensure production schedule is met and lines run at expected rates; review waste and downtime and take action to improve results.
• Understand and apply Kenny’s Candy and Confections’ philosophy and values on all tasks.
• Maintain equipment knowledge to adjust, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance within the shift.
• Transfer information between shifts and act as relief supervisor during vacations or absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
