Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to GMP, HACCP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Perform master sanitation duties and general housekeeping.
• Operate and clean dryer/evaporator and related equipment.
• Perform required laboratory and quality checks.
• Accurately maintain required logs.
• Execute chemical tests and report issues.
• Complete and store documents per 5S standards.
• Aim to achieve production goals (KPIs).
• Document processes and participate in continuous improvement.
• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate clearly and work with others effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training (Safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF).
• Follow DFA policies and promote a positive work environment.
