Chick-fil-A in Princeton, TX is seeking a Mid Shift Back of House Team Member to support cooks, prep, and food safety. You will follow Chick-fil-A recipes, stock stations, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available between 10 AM and 8 PM.
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Able to follow recipes, procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food accurately and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow all food preparation, cooking, holding, and portioning procedures.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow temperature control and food handling procedures.
• Properly stock and organize BOH workstations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH Team Members.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures as assigned.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant.
