KLN Family Brands, Perham, MN, is hiring a Mid Shift Material Handler to manage warehouse tasks and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with team members.

We offer a competitive hourly wage with a base rate, shift differential, and sign-on. Eligible employees participate in profit sharing after one year, plus PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and the ability to follow defined procedures.
• Teamwork and cooperation with warehouse staff.
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities in daily tasks.
• Ability to drive a forklift and pass certification exam.
• Commitment to safety and reporting issues immediately.

Responsibilities

• Define responsibilities and provide instructions for tasks performed by material handlers.
• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in correct locations after receiving.
• Load/unload trucks accurately and safely; drive shuttle truck as needed.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; maintain certifications.
• Conduct inventory counts and support inventory control roles when needed.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
